Order blank patches from us to do your own embroidery, sublimation, or other decoration. We have many shapes and sizes in stock and can usually ship today.
In-Stock Blank Patches for Sublimation or Embroidery with White Backgrounds:
$1.60 standard size, $8 oversized
We will ship you any of our in-stock blank fabric patches at $1.60 per standard-size patch and $8.00 per oversized patch. They are 100% polyester twill and have a stitched merrowed edge. We use these blank patches with our dye sublimation process. They are "regular" patches suitable for embroidery or other decoration.
All our in-stock blanks have a white background and are sew-on because that's what we use in our dye sublimation business. See the chart of sizes/shapes/edges we keep in stock below. All these have no minimum order.
Unlike most emblem companies who make up blank patches as they get orders, we have these IN STOCK and can usually ship today if you order before noon.

You may be able to find the blank patch you need in a small quantity, at the regular price of $1.60 standard size and $8 oversized.

If nothing we have in stock works for you, we can order blank patches with other backgrounds, other sizes/shapes/edges, and heat seal backing for you. Allow 10-14 days for us to get your blank fabric patches in if you special order. We do not do any cutting or stitching ourselves.
Standard size special order blank = 15 square inches and less = $3.50
Oversize special order blank = 16-80 square inches (up to 8"x10") => $14
Oversize plus special order blank = Over 80 square inches => $21
