Motorcycle clubs often have detailed, uniquely shaped designs for their vests or jackets. The detail is SUPERIOR in our dye sublimation patches vs. an embroidered patch. We can reproduce 16 million colors and very fine detail. The patches are dyed subsurface with a molecular bond to the fabric, so wind, weather, rain are NOT a problem.
We get many inquiries about uniquely shaped patches. WE DO NO STITCHING HERE and our patches are NOT EMBROIDERED. Therefore, if your design will not work inside one of the shapes/sizes/edges we stock, then here are your options.
- You can have us make your uniquely shaped patch with no stitched
edge. It will come uncut but cuts easily with scissors and the edges do
not fray. No additional charge to the prices below and no minimum. Many
clubs go this route since they are stitching the patches on anyway. Read

- You can have your design with a stitched edge IF your design does not have any sharp inside curves that
cannot be merrowed. Circled below are the problem areas for merrow
stitching. The price is +$2 to +$5 to the regular prices in the chart below,
depending on your quantity. Read more about our
