What is your return policy?
This rarely comes up.
UNLESS YOU MISS THAT WE DO NOT MAKE EMBROIDERED PATCHES. Your design is PERMANENTLY DYED into the patch, and the only stitching is the border.
We say this throughout our web site and our checkout. If you do miss this information and are seeking a return, we will try to work with you but in this case we do not guarantee a refund. We make the very best in dyed patches, made with the dye sublimation process and "real" blank patches.
If it is a mistake we made, we will gladly make it right and replace the product.
If it is a mistake you made, such as a misspelling or wrong date, we will try to help you out with a replacement and give a generous discount on a remake.
If it is a miscommunication, we will work it out with you. We try to avoid that situation by sending proofs of how we understand your order, asking for clarification when needed, etc.
We are a husband-wife team, so reaching a top decision-maker is not difficult with us.
