You are ordering NON-EDGED patches which are the same patch fabric as our edged patches. These are UNCUT and you will cut to shape with scissors. The edges will not fray.

Non-edged patches allow you to get patches with a detailed shape. They also let you get your exact size needed, without a special order charge.

Step 1. Give us the details on each type of patch. Only the quantity, size/shape/edge are required, as the rest of the information may not apply to your particular patch.

Step 2. If you have an image, send it to us in a SEPARATE email - there is no upload box in our cart. At the end of the checkout you will receive an automated email which will have your name and an order number. You can reply to that email and attach any image you need to send to us.

If you are sending artwork you have prepared in Illustrator, please note that with our process of dye sublimation WE DO NOT WORK IN CMYK and color results will be unreliable - please send RGB or Pantone artwork.

Step 3. We will email a proof to you before we make your product. Watch your email for the proof and be sure to approve it promptly, or tell us what changes you want us to make.

We offer cutting as an optional service, below. But you can cut to shape with steel or titanium scissors or ruler/blade, no extra charge.
